Whilst every effort has been made to compile the online catalogue and associated materials with the utmost diligence, it remains possible that the information provided therein may be incomplete, may contain substantive inaccuracies, or may no longer reflect current circumstances. Evident clerical or typographical errors shall not bind Trend Perde, who shall be held to an obligation of best endeavours with respect to the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, but shall not incur any liability for manifest material errors, typographical mistakes, or misprints.
Should the Customer have specific queries concerning, inter alia, dimensions, colour specifications, availability, delivery times, or methods of dispatch, they are urged to contact Customer Service in advance of placing an order.
All offers shall remain valid only whilst stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn at any time by Trend Perde. Where an offer is subject to a limited period of validity or other specific conditions, such restrictions shall be expressly stated.
The colours depicted on screen are indicative only and may exhibit slight variations upon delivery. Moreover, product names and descriptions are indicative in nature.

Billing

Customers are requested to provide all necessary billing information to enable the issuance of a correct invoice. Where the Customer is self-employed or operates a business, the provision of the company’s registered name and VAT number is required.

Order Confirmation

The Customer is obliged to verify all product details contained within the Order Confirmation or the corresponding Proforma Invoice for accuracy. Any subsequent amendments may incur additional charges, for which the Customer shall bear full responsibility.
Prior to finalising the order, the Customer must explicitly accept Trend Perde’s general terms and conditions of sale. The Customer acknowledges that cancellation rights do not apply, as the items ordered are produced according to bespoke specifications.

Delivery and Performance of the Contract

Trend Perde shall endeavour to prepare the ordered products within the timeframe specified in the Proforma Invoice. Subject to the applicable Incoterms agreement, Trend Perde reserves the right to effect partial or complete deliveries.
Deliveries shall be effected strictly subject to product availability and in the chronological order in which orders are received. Trend Perde shall bear no liability for delays occasioned by shipping companies or by customs clearance procedures, whether in the country of dispatch or receipt.
Any foreseeable delivery impediments must be communicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. In the event of an abnormal difficulty arising during delivery which was not notified in advance, Trend Perde reserves the right to levy supplementary charges, which the Customer undertakes to settle at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, qualitative shortcomings, or other deficiencies must be reported immediately upon receipt to Trend Perde.
The risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer at the moment the goods are physically received either by the Customer or by a third party appointed by the Customer (excluding the carrier). However, where the carrier has been commissioned by the Customer, risk shall transfer upon handover to said carrier.

Guarantee

The statutory guarantee applicable as per the agreed contractual terms and the sales conditions set forth in the Proforma Invoice shall apply from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
The provision of any commercial guarantee shall not affect these statutory rights.
In order to invoke the guarantee, Customers must retain and present their proof of purchase. Customers are also advised to retain the original packaging to facilitate any claims.
Upon discovery of a defect, Customers must notify Trend Perde without undue delay and in any event within fifteen (15) business days of such discovery. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the right to claim under the guarantee.
The guarantee shall not extend to defects arising through accident, negligence, improper use, failure to comply with operating instructions, unauthorised alterations, mishandling, inadequate maintenance, or any abnormal or inappropriate use.
Defects manifesting more than six (6) months post-delivery shall not be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the Customer can demonstrate otherwise.

Trend Perde is committed to compliance with applicable legislation concerning the protection of privacy and the processing of personal data.
When utilising our website or associated applications, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

• IP address, browser type and language, software version, type and brand of the device used to access the site, visit duration, referring URL, pages visited, links clicked, and other interactions on the website or application, collected via cookies.
• Upon making a purchase, Customers may be required to provide additional personal information, including but not limited to their name, address, email address, and telephone number, necessary to complete the transaction.

The personal data collected shall be utilised for the following purposes:

Severability and Non-Waiver

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The failure by Trend Perde at any time to exercise any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver thereof.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by any additional specific conditions expressly referenced herein and by the general sales conditions. In the event of any conflict, the present Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contractual relationship between Trend Perde and the Customer shall be governed exclusively by Turkish law, to the exclusion of the provisions of international private law concerning applicable law and Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
